ILYA KHARIN

Ilya is Kolya's fraternal twin and one of the original members of the Mad Dogs gang. Often the voice of reason in complicated situations, Ilya is his brother's cool and collected counterpart. He has no loyalty to anyone but his own agenda, and his priorities are often hard to discern. After the fall of the gang, Ilya found himself unable to escape the crime world, instead leaning into it as much as possible and becoming an incredibly skilled gun for hire. He is after Sasha for the bounty set on his head, but also for reasons not even Kolya is aware of.

• Raised by a single mother, father died when he and Kolya were very young. Family is originally from the Russian Far East, but are now spread out all over the country.
• Has several strange personal rituals that he obsesses over, like never cutting his hair and chewing on unlit cigarettes.
• Fully aware of the risks of the path he's taken and knows that it will be the end of him. Truly believes that he is a person beyond redemption, takes on every day expecting it to be his last.
• Lost his right eye in an incident involving Yulian right before the gang's downfall. His personal feelings towards Yulian are impossible to tell.
